According to a 1948 convention, genocide is a crime committed with the intent to destroy a national, ethnic, racial or religious group in whole or in part. That is exactly what Israel is doing!
Look at the statistics:
– killed more than 24,000
– more than 300,000 housing units damaged or destroyed
– around 85 % of the population has been displaced
– Israel has destroyed Palestinian institutions including Gaza’s Supreme Court, its Central Archive, Universities and other public buildings
The world is watching in horror as Palestinian men, women and children are being slaughtered, buried alive under the rubble of their own homes, left to die painful deaths in unresourceful hospitals. Destruction of homes, schools hospitals water treatment plants and other public infrastructure that impairs the conditions of life and is calculated to bring about the destruction in whole or in part of the Palestinians living in Gaza.
